Return Policy
If something isn't right with your order, you can send physical items back. Here is what to expect.
What you can return
We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery. Electronic templates can't be returned.
Condition requirements
The item must be in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.
If any parts are missing or damaged, we can't issue a refund.
Your refund
We refund the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs we paid to send your order. For example, if we paid $8.00 to ship your order, $8.00 is deducted from your refund.
Return shipping
You pay for shipping the item back to us. We recommend a tracked shipping method, since we can't be responsible for packages lost in transit.
How to start a return
- Email service@paperrollercoasters.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all parts included and ship it back.
- When it arrives, we inspect it and email you the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
